Refund and Returns Policy

Agro Trade maintains a transparent and fair refund and returns policy to ensure trust and satisfaction among our international clients. As a global exporter of perishable goods, we align our policy with international standards and trade regulations.

Eligible Claims Claims for refund or return will only be accepted if:

  • There is visible product damage upon arrival

  • There is a significant quality deviation from the contract/specification

  • There is a documented breach in cold chain logistics traceable to our operations

  • The claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence

Non-Eligible Circumstances We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Delays caused by customs or port authorities

  • Poor storage conditions at the destination

  • Minor visual defects that do not affect product usability

  • Unsubstantiated or late complaints beyond the claim window

Return Process

  • Clients must submit an official claim with attached evidence to info@agro-trade.co

  • Agro Trade will initiate an investigation and reply within 5 business days

  • If approved, we may offer:

    • Partial refund

    • Product replacement in a future shipment

    • Commercial credit towards the next order

Shipping Costs Return shipping for defective goods may be covered at Agro Trade’s discretion based on the location and volume. We do not reimburse duties or taxes paid by the importer.

Policy on Perishables Due to the nature of fresh produce, returns are extremely time-sensitive. Clients are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and store goods in proper refrigerated conditions.

Final Decision Agro Trade’s management will review each claim individually. Our goal is to maintain strong business relations and deliver high-quality, certified fresh produce.
